When visiting the website or using the Telegram bot, the following personal data may be processed in particular:

• Telegram user ID
• Language, region and timezone settings (bot preferences)
• IP address
• Access and server log data
• Payment references related to purchases made via payment providers
• Email address (login via email link or Google)
• Query log of connected AI apps (see section 8)
• Device identifier (random ID in the browser) together with IP address, browser identifier and time of each login

We do not store or process credit card details or full payment information. Additionally, the use of analytics and marketing tools may result in the collection of pseudonymized usage data, including information about page views, interactions, devices used, browser types, and approximate location data (e.g. country or region).

4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Technical operation of the website and Telegram bot
• Provision and billing of digital analytical content
• Ensuring platform stability, security and abuse prevention
• Protecting the free quotas against misuse, in particular detecting several free accounts on the same device (device identifiers are deleted 90 days after the last login)

Processing is based on contract performance, our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service, and applicable legal obligations. The processing of data for analytics and marketing purposes is based exclusively on the voluntary consent of users. This consent can be revoked at any time.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our services, we may use third-party providers, in particular:

• Telegram (messaging platform)
• Payment service providers (such as Stripe (Merchant of Record))
• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Google Ireland Limited (web analytics)
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (marketing and conversion measurement)

Payments are handled exclusively by external payment providers. We only receive technical payment references and no sensitive payment data.

6. Web Analytics and Marketing

We use analytics and marketing technologies on our website to understand the use of our services, optimize content, and evaluate marketing measures.

7. Cookies and Consent

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and marketing purposes. These technologies are only used when users have given their explicit prior consent. Consent can be revoked at any time via the cookie settings.

8. AI Apps (Claude, ChatGPT)

You can connect your DumbleScore account to AI apps such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI). With your consent, the AI app retrieves data from your account via our interface (MCP). We do not see your conversation with the AI app; we only receive the individual requests the app sends to us. For each request we store:

• Your user ID and the connected app (e.g. Claude or ChatGPT)
• The function called and its parameters (e.g. date, league, match)
• Result status, duration, response size and time

Purpose: operating the service, protection against misuse, usage limits and improving our product. The request log is deleted after 365 days. Additional metadata that an AI app sends with a request (e.g. location or device) is not stored. Our responses are passed to the AI app you chose and are processed there under its provider's privacy policy (Anthropic: anthropic.com/legal/privacy, OpenAI: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy). You can disconnect an AI app at any time in your account under "Claude & ChatGPT"; access ends with the next request.

9. International Data Transfers

Due to the use of third-party providers, personal data may be processed outside Switzerland or the European Union. In such cases, applicable data protection requirements are complied with.

10. Data Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes or to comply with statutory retention obligations.

11. User Rights

Users have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Requests can be submitted at any time using the contact details above.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if necessary to reflect legal, technical or operational changes.
